It’s snack time or even breakfast time! Anything that you can make in a cupcake pan is always cute, right? Plus these little bites are super easy to make! I started off by using a box of granola. You may also use homemade granola. Let me know if you have any good recipes!

Any granola is fine to use but make sure you look at the nutrition facts label because granola can be laden with calories and sugar! Shoot for a granola that is less than 200 calories per serving, less than 10 grams of sugar and at least three grams of fiber, the more the better! This granola has five grams of fiber per serving (an excellent source) and seven grams of protein for a half cup serving. Make sure to always look at the serving size, shoot for at least 1/2 cup serving size. Many serving sizes for granola are only a quarter cup, so be aware!
Now mixt together 1/2 cup granola with one egg white. Place 1/4 cup of granola mixture in a greased cupcake pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Place a foil ball in each granola cup – this makes a great hole for yogurt.

Granola Yogurt Bites (Make 2 servings)
Ingredients
1/2 cup granola
1 egg white
1/2 cup granola
chopped fruit
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together granola and egg white. Place mixture in a greased cupcake pan. Mold granola mixture into each cup. Place a foil ball in the center of the granola cup. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. With a knife gently remove granola cup from pan and cool. Place 1/4 cup yogurt into granola cup and top with desired fruit.
Nutrition Facts: 125 calories; 2 g fat; 60 mg sodium; 23 g carbohydrates; 3 g fiber; 6 g sugar; 6 g protein
