No –Bake Cookies (serves ~36)
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup stevia
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
3 cups rolled oatmeal
6 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chia flour
Preparation
Put sugar, milk and butter in a pan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a sheet of wax paper. No baking required!
Be careful, they go really fast!
